INGREDIENTS

  • – Diced onion 1 unit.
  • – Garlic 4 cloves.
  • – Smoked bacon 150 g.
  • – Olive oil 1 tbsp.
  • – Butter 1 tbsp.
  • – Water 4 cups.
  • – Fried noodles 340 g.
  • – Brussels sprouts 1 tray.
  • – Grated cheese ½ cup.
  • – Lemon zest and juice.
  • – Contemporary parsley.
  • – Floor chili.
  • – Black pepper.

  • – Baked and crispy bacon and fetas (or microwaved between two absorbent papers).

Process:

1. Wash the Brussels sprouts effectively. Separate them in two. Reduce one half into halves and the opposite half into small julienne strips so that each one the leaves separate and stay in strips.
