Pasta with artichokes

INGREDIENTS

  • For the mass:
  • – Flour 800 g.
  • – Semolin 200 g.
  • – Nation eggs 5 models or 10 yolks.
  • – Water 50 cc.
  • Salsa:
  • – Artichokes 4 u clear and bleached.
  • – Panceta ahumada 200 g (in bacon items).
  • – Uncooked garlic 1 clove.
  • – Additional virgin olive oil c/n.
  • – Salt and black pepper.
  • – Crushed tomato.

1.Make the dough and let it relaxation. Stretch and reduce with the machine.

2.Boil the pasta in loads of water till it’s al dente.

3.In a frying pan, sauté bacon and blanched artichokes reduce into quarters or sixths relying on their dimension. Add the crushed tomato.

4.Place the pasta within the pan, serve and eat!.
