PASSION FRUIT PAVLOVA

INGREDIENTS

  • – Whites 6 pcs.
  • – Sugar 330 g.
  • – White vinegar 1 tbsp.
  • – Corn starch 3 tbsp.
  • – Vanilla essence 1 cdita.
  • Creamy ardour fruit filling:
  • – Ardour fruit juice 130 cc (you should buy it prepared within the grocery store or you can also make it home made).
  • – Impalpable sugar 30 g.
  • – Milk cream 65 g.
  • – Glucose 15 g.
  • – Chocolate blanco 350 g.
  • – Butter 40 g.
  • Further:
  • – Blackberries.
  • – Strawberries.
  • – Flores.

PAVLOVA with creamy ardour fruit filling, spectacular! I adopted the recipe beneath

PROCEDURE.

1. Put the eagerness fruit juice and powdered sugar in a small saucepan and boil till decreased by half, that’s, till you get hold of 80 g.
2. Warmth the milk cream and glucose and pour over the chopped chocolate, then add the decreased and scorching juice.
3. Move by way of a mixer to homogenize and when the temperature drops, add the creamy butter. Let it cool till it has a creamy consistency.

For the meringue:
1. Preheat an oven to 120ºC, THEN LOWER.
2. Beat the egg whites till foamy, add the sugar little by little, beat till you get hold of a meringue, add the vinegar dissolved within the cornstarch, place on a plate with a rubber plate, place the meringue within the form of a ball measuring 20 cm with the again of a spoon and make grooves upwards on all its faces. Then make a gap within the center to fill with pastry cream.
3. Place in an oven at 100ºC for 1 and a half hours till the outside is crispy and dry. Flip off the oven and go away the meringue within the oven with the door ajar for six hours till it cools utterly.
