INGREDIENTS
- For the bottom:
- – 250 g of vanilla cookies.
- – 150 g of butter.
- For protection:
- – 100 g of ardour fruit pulp with seeds.
- – 50 g of sugar.
- – Tablespoon of cornstarch diluted in water.
- For the filling:
- – 250 g of agency cream cheese.
- – 250 cc of milk cream.
- – 125 g of seedless ardour fruit pulp.
- – 200 g of condensed milk.
- – 5 g of unflavored gelatin (Non-obligatory).
- – 30 cc of water.
Scrumptious and recent ardour fruit cake for summer season days, a easy recipe to make at dwelling!
PROCEDURE:
1. Course of the cookies. Add the melted butter.
2. Type the bottom in a detachable pie plate or a 20 cm ring.
3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese at room temperature and the condensed milk. Add the pulp.
4. Beat the cream till medium level and combine into the preparation with a spatula.
5. Add the hydrated gelatin melted within the microwave, matching densities.
6. Place within the fridge for two hours.
7. For the topping, place the pulp with the sugar in a saucepan and warmth till it boils and begin with the starch dissolved with a bit of water. Cool.
8. End by overlaying the cake with the topping.
