INGREDIENTS

- – 500 g of flour.
- – 250 cc of water
- – 50 cc of olive oil.
- – A teaspoon of salt.
- – Seeds and oregano (elective).
- Stuffed:
- – 1 rooster breast.
- – 1 onion.
- – 150 g of mushrooms.
- – 100 g of ham.
- – 100 g of parmesan cheese.
- – 3 eggs.
- – 5 tablespoons of cream.
- – Salt, pepper and olive oil.
PARISIEN CAKE with rooster, mushrooms, ham, cheese and plenty of extra elements that make this cake a scrumptious dish
PROCEDURE:
1. For the dough: Put the flour and salt in a bowl, make a nicely and add the oil and water.
2. Type a dough and place within the fridge, wrapped in plastic wrap.
3. Brown the onion, add the filleted mushrooms.
4. Minimize the breast into cubes and add too.
5. Minimize the ham into strips and add when the rooster is prepared.
6. Stretch the dough, put it in a pie dish, prick it and place it within the oven to blanch.
7. Put the filling in a bowl, add the eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
8. Pour over the dough, cowl with Parmesan cheese and bake in a medium oven for 20 minutes.
