PAPPARDELLE

INGREDIENTS

  • – 400 g flour 0000.
  • – 3 eggs.

  • – Minced meat 1/2 kg.
  • – Parsley 1 handful.
  • – Chopped or grated garlic 1 good tbsp.
  • – Lactal bread soaked in milk.
  • – 1 yolk.
  • For the sauce:
  • – Chopped onion.
  • – Chopped garlic.
  • – White wine.
  • – Crushed tomato.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – Basil 1 handful.

PROCEDURE:
