INGREDIENTS

- – Morrón 1 unit cubes.
- – Diced carrots.
- – Onion in brunoise.
- – Chopped cilantro.
- – Salt and pepper.
Pancutra a spectacular soup in celebration of Pachamama
PROCEDURE:
1. The broth is made with the bones and meat or jerky with greens to present it extra taste.
2. In a bowl, place the flour plus the broth, make a dough and make sausages to make small gnocchi and put aside.
3. Then again, sauté the onion, bell pepper, carrot and chopped garlic.
4. Add the bone broth plus the potato and gnocchi. Boil for a couple of minutes and serve with chopped cilantro.
