INGREDIENTS
- For the mass:
- -Harina 0000 500 Gr.
- -Sugar 100 Gr.
- -Sal fina 5 Gr.
- -Contemporary yeast 60 Gr.
- -Water 255 cc.
- -Butter 50 Gr.
- -Harina 0000 further 500 Gr.
- -Black sugar 600 Gr.
1.Place the flour, sugar and salt in a bowl. Mingle. Add the shelled yeast.
2.Hydrate with water with out forming a bun, and add the butter. End mixing and knead for five minutes.
3.Stretch with a persist with 1 cm thick and fold. Stretch once more to six mm.
4.Let it loosen up coated for five minutes. Reduce with a 6 cm diameter cookie cutter.
