PALMERITAS DE HOJALDRE

INGREDIENTS

  • I knead:
  • – Water 400 cc
  • – Flour 0000800 g
  • – Sal 20 g
  • Filling:
  • – Flour 200 g
  • – Butter 1 kg
  • Palmeritas:
  • – Time 500 g
  • – Sugar 600 g

PROCEDURE:

I knead:
