INGREDIENTS
- – Rice for paella 200 g.
- – Squid tube 100 g.
- – Panceta ahumada in bacon items 100 g.
- – 1 chopped onion.
- – 1 chopped bell pepper.
- – Chopped garlic.
- – 2 models of diced tomato with out seeds.
- – Fish soup.
- – Salt and pepper.
- – Saffron.
- – Peppers.
- Additional:
- – Chopped parsley.
- – Lemon wedges.
Traditional paella with few elements and simple preparation
PROCEDURE:
1. In a paella pan, brown the cubed squid (which might be very dry) with the bacon, when it has taken on a pleasant golden colour, take away, add the greens and fry slowly in order that it doesn’t soften and burn.
2. When all that is completed, add the paprika and saffron, combine, add the squid and bacon once more, add the broth, the rice and cook dinner till the rice is cooked, if obligatory, add broth, taking into consideration that on the finish of cooking the socarra has to type.
