- – Onion 1 unit.
- – Barley 300 g.
- – Vegetable broth + vegetable processing.
- – Cream cheese 80 g.
- – Chopped parsley.

PROCEDURE:
1. For the ossobuco, flour each bit in a scorching, thick-bottomed frying pan, seal each side. In a roasting pan, place the greens, meat, herbs and seasonings, salt, water, cowl with aluminum foil and prepare dinner for two hours.

3.
