INGREDIENTS

- -Semolin 500gr.
- -Olive oil.
- -250cc water.
1.For the dough:
Knead the semolin with water and let it relaxation for 20 minutes, stretch the dough and make rolls.
2.Lower the dough into 1 cm parts with the knife or together with your finger, type the orecchiette, let it dry for an hour.
3.For the sauce:
Lower the meat into slices, fill it with cheese, chopped parsley, pepper, garlic.
4.Roll over and shut with toothpicks.
5.In a sizzling pot, add oil and sauté the meat dredged in flour, add onion. Let it brown, add garlic and bathe with crimson wine. Let it evaporate and add the tomato and let it prepare dinner for a minimum of 3 hours.
6.Cook dinner the pasta in salted water for 7, 8 minutes.
7.Pressure the pasta and add it to the sauce.
Serve with meat.
