INGREDIENTS
- – 2 oranges with pores and skin and seeds.
- – Juice of 1 orange.
- – 100 grams of entire sugar.
- – 100 cc of olive.
- – 2 eggs.
- – 300 grams of flour.

- – 1 pinch of salt.
- – Spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, dried ginger) ½ tsp.
- For the syrup:
- – 3 cups of water.
- – ½ cup of honey.
- – ½ cup of entire sugar.
- – 1 orange sliced.
1.Beat the sugar with the eggs. Add the olive, juice and orange items (processed). Combine the eggs, flour and baking powder and salt.
2.Combine every little thing and pour right into a beforehand oiled and floured pudding mould and bake at 170°c for 45 minutes.
3.Make the syrup.
