ORANGE FLAN

INGREDIENTS

  • – 4 small flannels.
  • – 220 g of orange juice.
  • – 1 orange zest.
  • – 120 g of sugar.
  • – 6 eggs.
  • – Additional sugar.
  • Chocolate cream:
  • – 1 L of Worcestershire sauce.
  • – 450 g of semisweet chocolate.
  • English sauce:
  • – Yolk 6 items.
  • – Sugar 125 g.
  • – Entire milk 500 cc.
  • – Vanilla essence 1 cdita.

ORANGE FLAN with creamy chocolate and Worcestershire sauce

PROCEDURE:

1. Make a dry caramel and caramelize the flanettes.
2. Alternatively, warmth the orange juice with half the sugar.
3. In a bowl, combine the opposite a part of the sugar, the zest and the eggs.

English sauce:
1. For the Worcestershire sauce, warmth the milk with half the sugar.
