ORANGE CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

  • – 4 legs thighs.
  • – Juice of three oranges.
  • – Laurel 3 leaves.
  • – Superb salt and pepper.
  • – White wine.
  • – Laurel.
  • – Onion in quarters.
  • – Olive oil.
  • Cabbage salad (fast sauerkraut):
  • – Colorado Cabbage 500 g in julienne,
  • – Onion 1 unit in julienne.
  • – Fennel seeds c/n.
  • – Panceta in bacon items 100 g.
  • – Agua.
  • – White vinegar.
  • – Butter 1 tbsp.
  • Pumpkin and asparagus gratin:
  • – Cooked pumpkin 500 g.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – Eggs 3 models.
  • – Asparagus 6 branches.
  • – Muzzarella 1 trozo.

REGIONAL RECIPE : spectacular ORANGE CHICKEN WITH PUMPKIN AND ASPARAGUS GRATEN and a scrumptious salad!

PROCEDURE:

1. For the salad : In a pot, place the butter together with the onion and fennel, then sweat the sugar and cabbage, add a bit of water, cowl and let it prepare dinner over low warmth till it’s tender, on the finish add the alcohol vinegar or apple.

2. For the rooster : marinate the rooster in a single day with orange juice , salt, bay leaf and crushed garlic.
