INGREDIENTS
- -Heavy cream 1 cup.
- -Sugar 2 cups (450 g).
- -Rising flour 3 cups (360 g).
- -Eggs 4 models.
- -Orange zest. -Yerba mate 1 tbsp.
- Glazed:
- Impalpable sugar 200gr.
- Orange juice 50 ml.
- Orange peels:
- -Oranges.
- -Sugar.
- -Agua.
1.Infuse the cream with the yerba mate in a pot on low warmth for about 10 minutes. Pressure the cream and discard the yerba mate.
2.Combine the cream with the eggs, sugar and orange zest. Add the self-rising flour and pour right into a savarin-type pudding mildew.
3.Bake at medium temperature for about 40 minutes.
