Orange and honey bundt cake

INGREDIENTS

  • – 1 1/2 cups of pomade butter.
  • – 225g Philadelphia kind cheese.
  • – 3 cups of white sugar.
  • – 6 massive eggs.
  • – 2 teaspoons of orange zest.
  • – 1/4 cup of orange juice.
  • – 2 tablespoons of honey.
  • – 2 cups of 0000 flour.
  • – 1 cup of starch.
  • – 1 tsp. Of baking powder.
  • – 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.
  • – 1/4 teaspoons of salt.
  • – Icing to embellish.

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2.Generously spray a Bundt pan.

3.Place the butter and cream cheese in a big mixing bowl, till clean and nicely combined.

4.Add the sugar and beat on medium-high pace till pale.

5.Add the eggs, one by one.

6.Add the orange juice, zest and honey.

7.Add the sifted flour with the starch, 1 ½ cups at a time.
Add the remaining flour and salt.

8.Switch the dough to the ready mildew.

9.Bake for 70 to 80 minutes, or till a toothpick inserted into the thickest a part of the cake comes out clear or with a number of moist crumbs.

10.Let it cool within the mildew for 20 minutes, unmold and let it cool on a rack.
11.Sprinkle with powdered sugar or adorn with icing. And it is prepared!.
