Substances :
1kg of onion
200gr. cream cheese
1 cup of grated cheese
3 eggs
1 cup of milk
a pinch of butter
salt and pepper
1 Easter cake lid bought (just one of the two that come is used)
Preparation :
Reduce the onion into julienne strips (lengthwise, not chopped). Put the milk in a pan and when it’s sizzling, add the onion.
Go away for about 10 minutes till the onion is mushy (add extra milk if essential).
Take away from the warmth and put the onion in a bowl, add the cream cheese and the grated cheese and blend effectively. Add salt and pepper to style (it’s higher with a number of pepper).
