INGREDIENTS

- – Wholemeal flour 300 g.
- – Cracked walnuts 80 g.
- – Salt, pepper and a splash of olive.
- – Water c/n.
- Stuffed:
- – 3 onions in feather till caramelized.
- – 3 pears minimize into segments with butter and sugar on the fireplace till they cook dinner a bit.
- – Blue cheese.

PROCEDURE:
1. Combine the dough substances and add water till the dough is shaped.
2. Roll out very thinly in a 24/26 cm pie dish, prick and put within the oven to blanch.
3. For the filling, combine the onion with the eggs and a splash of cream (you’ll be able to add cheese whether it is too skinny).
4. Put the onions, roquefort on prime and the pear segments on prime of the dough (as if it had been an inverted cake).
5. Put within the oven till prepared, and revel in!
