- – Eggs 3 models.
- – Butter 1 tbsp.
- – Salt and pepper.
- Extras:
- – Italian-style spinach.
- – Chive.
- – Creamy cheese.
- – Parmesan.
- Salad:
- – Lettuce.
- – Arugula.
- – Radiccio.
Traditional omelette recipe.. Do you know that it’s known as “the” omelette?
PROCEDURE:
Omelette:
1. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
2. In a Teflon pan, put a tablespoon of butter. Let it soften over medium warmth and pour within the eggs.
3. Stir for the primary few seconds, and let it coagulate with out browning the bottom.
4. Fold in half utilizing a spatula and serve on a plate with
salad.
