INGREDIENTS

  • – 1 cup of double carolina rice
  • – 1 cup of water
  • – 1 boneless rooster thigh reduce into cubes
  • – Half onion julienne
  • – 2 eggs
  • – 30 cc soy sauce
  • – 30 cc sake o vino blanco
  • – 30 cc of sugar
  • – 150 cc of broth (no matter you want)
  • – Soy sauce
  • – Sake
  • – Sugar
  • – Warmth

Oyakodon is a Japanese donburi or rice ball that’s ready by simmering rooster, egg, onion and different elements collectively in a sauce, then serving them over a big bowl of rice.

PROCEDURE:

Rice:
1. Wash the rice and pressure.
2. In a pot add the washed rice and a cup of water (it must be the identical one used to measure the rice).
