Oatmeal cookies are a youngsters’s basic. Along with being economical and simple, they’re much more healthy than bought ones. Chopped nuts or raisins may be added, which provides fiber.
Components (for 2 dozen cookies):
2 cups of basic oats.
1 1/2 cups of widespread flour.
1/3 cup of black sugar.
1/3 cup of widespread white sugar.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
100 gr. of butter.
1 egg.
Cinnamon, lemon zest and vanilla essence to style.
Preparation:
– Activate the oven and preheat.
– In a big bowl, combine the flour, oats, salt, cinnamon, baking powder and lemon zest.
– In one other bowl, beat the butter with the sugars and vanilla essence till the combination is gentle in shade and properly aerated.
– Add the egg and beat till built-in.
