INGREDIENTS
- For the mass:
- – Flour 0000 400.
- – Semolin 300 g.
- – Egg 1 unit.
- – Water 300 cc approx.
- For the sauce:
- – Sliced garlic, 2 cloves.
- – Very small chopped onion 2 tbsp.
- – White wine ½ glass.
- – Crushed tomato 1 to 2 glasses.
- – Basil 1 handful.
- – Anchovies 2 fillets.
- – Capers 2 tbsp
- – Peperoncino or putapari chili, chopped ½ to 1 tbsp.
- – Salt and black pepper to style.
- – Chopped parsley 1 handful.
- – Squid 15 models.
- – Grill sausage 20 cm.

Process:
1.For the dough: combine all its elements and knead for 10 minutes.
2.Put in a bag and let it relaxation for half-hour.
3.Stretch the dough and reduce the noodles. Let it air for half-hour.
4.For the sauce: brown squid and grill sausage with a contact of oil. Add garlic, onion and chopped anchovies, sauté for two minutes, add peperoncino and capers, deglaze with white wine, boil for 30 seconds, add the crushed tomato and prepare dinner for a pair extra minutes.
5.In a pot, boil the pasta till al dente.
6.Place the pasta within the pan, sauté for 1 extra minute, serve and eat! .
