- INGREDIENTS (for two pizzas measuring 45 cm in diameter).
- -Perita tomatoes in can 800gr.
- -Olive oil 1 tbsp.
- -Butter 1 tbsp.
- -Garlic 2 cloves grated.
- -Oregano 1 cdita.
- -Basil 2 branches with their leaves.
- -Floor chili 1 tsp.
- -Onion 1.
- -Azúcar 1 tsp. – Salt c/n.
NEW YORK STYLE PIZZA DOUGH.
1.Dissolve the yeast in somewhat heat water with a part of the sugar and put aside.
2.In a big bowl, put the flour, semolin, the remainder of the sugar and blend. Add the nice and cozy water and olive oil.
3.Knead somewhat and add the salt, proceed kneading till a homogeneous dough is fashioned.
