Cooked ham, 200 g
Mozzarella, 500 g
Tomato sauce
Preparation
– Warmth the oven.
– Place the Milanese in a roasting pan.
– Cowl every Milanese with tomato sauce, then with ham and at last with mozzarella.
– Put within the scorching oven for a couple of minutes till the mozzarella melts slightly.
Neapolitan Milanese is historically served with fries.
