Mustard hen

INGREDIENTS

  • – 1 pollo.
  • – 50 g of chopped herbs.
  • – 100 g of butter.
  • – Hilum to tie.
  • – 1 lemon.
  • – 8 purple onions reduce in half.

  • – 30 g of flour.
  • – 50 g butter.
  • – 50 gr previous mustard.
  • – 100 g of cream.
  • – 4 cloves of garlic.
  • – Recent thyme.

Process:

1.For the hen: Separate the pores and skin from the hen and place the herbs and butter between the pores and skin and the meat, place the lemon contained in the hen and bridle it. Reserve.

2.Place the onions and potatoes on the base of the roasting pan after which put the hen on high. Add the garlic and thyme and bake within the oven (180º) till the hen and greens are cooked.

3.As soon as cooked, take away the hen from the roasting pan and likewise the greens. Degrease the roasting pan, deliver to the warmth, add the butter, a bit flour and the broth, make a sauce and pressure it. Add the previous mustard and a bit cream to the sauce. Let it scale back and place on high of the hen.
