Mushroom Salad

Mushrooms, 200 g
Juice of ½ lemon
Finely chopped parsley, 3 tablespoons
Olive oil, obligatory quantity
Salt and pepper to style

Preparation

– Rigorously wash the mushrooms and dry them effectively.
– Lower them lengthwise into skinny slices.
– Season them with salt, pepper (if freshly floor is healthier), lemon juice, oil and parsley.
