MOIST ORANGE CAKE WITHOUT TACC

INGREDIENTS

  • For the sponge cake:
  • Cooked oranges 4 items
  • Eggs 7 items
  • Sugar 300 grams
  • Almond flour 320 grs.
  • Baking powder 5 g
  • Poppy seeds 30 g
  • Black glaze:
  • Milk cream 60 cc
  • Sugar 90 g
  • Water 75 cc
  • Bitter Cacao 30 g
  • Unflavored gelatin 3 g

Put together this scrumptious moist orange and poppy cake WITHOUT TACC

PROCEDURE:

For the sponge cake:

1. Prick the oranges with a fork after which place them in a pot, add water and canopy the oranges.
