MINCED: MEATBALLS IN SAUCE, RABAS, ONION RINGS AND MUZZARELLA STICKS

INGREDIENTS

  • Meatballs in sauce:
  • – 250gms of minced meat.

  • – 1/2 cup of grated cheese.
  • – 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs.
  • – Salt and pepper
  • – Ketchup.
  • Rabas a la romana:
  • – Squid rings in tube 250 g.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – Oil for frying.
  • Onion rings:
  • – Onion 1 unit.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – Flour.
  • – Oil for frying.
  • – Eggs 2 items.
  • Fried mozzarella sticks:
  • – Mozzarella.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • – Flour.
  • – Egg.
  • – Parsley.
  • – She.
  • – Oil for frying.

PROCEDURES:

Meatballs in sauce:
1. Combine the meat, with the garlic, parsley, cheese and breadcrumbs and egg.
2. Kind small spheres, dip in flour, and fry.

Rabas a la romana:
