Spectacular meat Milanese full of mushrooms and plenty of cheeses to take pleasure in with an excellent contemporary salad
PROCEDURE:
1. For the filling, sauté the onions together with the chopped greens in olive till caramelized.
2. Lower the mushrooms into slices and sauté with somewhat oil and brown, season with salt and pepper.
3. Switch the greens to a bowl and blend with the cheese, garlic and parsley.
4. To assemble, take a rump steak and salt it, fill it within the heart and canopy with one other steak, urgent nicely.
5. Move by way of flour, egg wash (beat the eggs with salt, pepper, garlic, parsley and mustard) and breadcrumbs. Reserve in fridge.
6. Fry in scorching oil.
