MERINGUE CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE AND ORANGE

INGREDIENTS

  • Sponge cake:

  • – Bitter cocoa
  • – 1u orange zest (optionally available)
  • – Chopped peanuts to sprinkle
  • For meeting:
  • – Orange jam c/n
  • – Butter Cream o Crema chantillí 600 g
  • – Thyme leaves

PROCEDURE:

Sponge cake:
1. Soften the butter and add the nice and cozy milk. Hold at room temperature.
