MEME CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • The 4/4 cake:
  • – 300 g of butter.
  • – 300 g of sugar.
  • – 300 g of egg.
  • – 300 g of 0000 flour.
  • – Baking powder.
  • El buttercream:
  • – 150 g of egg whites (approx 5 egg whites).
  • – 300 g of sugar.
  • – 450 g of butter.

MEME CAKE to make for celebrations, birthdays and shock your loved ones and buddies!

PROCEDURE:

For the cake:
1. First cream butter with sugar and a drop of vanilla essence.
2. Then I add the eggs separately and on the finish the flour.
3. Switch it to a 20 cm mould.

For the buttercream:
1. Make a Swiss meringue. When it’s at room temperature, add the butter and beat it for about 10 minutes till it turns into silky.
2. Separate into six to paint and put into sleeves.
3. To brighten I put ribbons of every colour and clean it with a scraper.
