MEATBALLS WITH LEGUMES

INGREDIENTS

  • For the meatballs:
  • – Minced meat 250 g.
  • – Chickpea puree 250 g.

  • – Olive oil.
  • To accompany:
  • – Lettuce.
  • – Carrot.
  • – Cabbage.
  • For the Caesar dressing:
  • – Mayonnaise, garlic anchovies, lemon juice, mustard, cream, salt and pepper.
