INGREDIENTS

  • – Lean minced meat 1 kg.

  • – Carrot brunoise 1 unit.
  • – Onion 1 unit.
  • – Celery brunoise 1 stem.
  • Stuffed:
  • – Queso mozzarella 200 g.
  • – Spinach 1 package deal.
  • – Olive oil.
  • – Salt and pepper.
  • Salad:
  • – Cooked kidney beans 200 g.
  • – Roasted pumpkin in cubes ¼ unit.
  • – Brussels sprouts 5/6 items (blanched).
  • – A handful of cherry tomatoes.
  • – Lemon French dressing.

1.Begin by including the sautéed onion, celery and carrot lower into brunoise to the minced meat. Season with floor chili, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper.
