- – Parsley.
- – Lemon juice and zest.

Learn to put together a scrumptious meat in dough with recent parsley, mint and lemon sauce
PROCEDURE:
1. For the dough, combine the flour with salt in a bowl and add the water little by little till you get a ball, let it relaxation and stretch.
2. In a big bowl, place the meat and greens minimize to 3×3 cm. Add the garlic and all of the seasonings besides the salt.
3. Add the wine and let it marinate for a couple of hours. Salt and pour into the container lined with the dough (make a standard dough), shut.
4. Put within the oven at 180ºC for two hours.
