INGREDIENTS
- Burgers:
- – Minced roast beef 500 g.
- – Minced ancho beef 500 g.
- – Fats 200 g.
- – Salt and pepper.
- Pickles:
- – Cucumber 1 unit.
- – Alcohol vinegar 2 cups.
- – Water ½ cup.
- – Sugar 1 cup.
- – Laurel 2 leaves.
- – Garlic 3 cloves.
- – Chile 1 unit.
- – Mustard seeds 1 tbsp.
- Extras:
- – Smoked bacon 200 g.
- – Onion 2 models.
- – Provoleta 2 pcs.
- – Lettuce 1 plant.
- – Hamburger ‘bread.
- – Dressings.
MEAT HAMBURGER
PROCEDURE:
1. For the hamburgers, place the minced meats in a bowl, knead effectively and assemble the hamburger.
2. Grill with olive oil and season with salt and pepper throughout cooking.
3. As soon as cooked, cowl every burger with a skinny slice of provoleta and a slice of smoked bacon.
4. For the pickles, deliver the water, vinegar and sugar to a boil from chilly water with garlic and bay leaf and when it boils add the sliced cucumber and chili.
5. Boil for five minutes and let cool.
