- Minced meat 300gr
- Onion 100 gr
- Carrot 50 gr
- Garlic 2 cloves

- Harina (apanado) 100 gr

- Nutmeg
- Oil
- Eggs 4 u

Pakoras
1-Grate the greens and chop the cilantro, it may be changed with potato, chard, spinach or cauliflower.
2-Make a combination with the dry substances and add the water to kind a dense paste.
3-Add the greens, watch out that a variety of liquid comes into contact with the salt. If the combination could be very liquid, add extra chickpea flour, if it is extremely stable, add extra water.
4-Kind fritters together with your arms or with the assistance of two spoons

MEAT CROQUETTES

5-Make balls of 20 g every and dip in flour, then in egg and double coated with breadcrumbs and fry.
