INGREDIENTS
- – 500 g of minced meat.
- – 100 g of bacon.
- – 1 chorizo.
- – 2 onions.
- – 200 g of breadcrumbs.
- – Spices.
- – 1/2 chili.
- – 4 eggs.
- – 100 g of cheese.
- – Carrot puree with thyme, butter and nutmeg.

PROCEDURE:
1. In a bowl, place the meat, the chorizo with the bacon and sautéed onion.
2. Add 1 egg, soaked bread, mustard and blend effectively with spices.
3. Place half tightly in a beforehand oiled pudding pan with breadcrumbs and spices.
4. Then place the hard-boiled eggs in halves.
5. Add strips of roasted peppers and cheese.
6. Full with the remainder of the preparation tightly
7. Bake for about 45 minutes.
