MEAT BREAD

INGREDIENTS

  • – Minced meat 1 kg
  • – Black olives 50 g
  • – Milk c/n
  • – Smoked bacon c/n
  • – Chopped garlic 1 clove
  • – Grilled sausage 150 g
  • – Bread crumbs 5 slices
  • – Salt and pepper to style
  • – Stuffed cheese 100 g
  • – Leek 4 branches
  • – Onion 4 items
  • – Walnuts 100 g
  • Creole sauce:
  • – Inexperienced onion 1 unit
  • – Yellow bell pepper 1 piece
  • – Lemon juice 1 unit
  • – Olive oil c/n
  • – Salt and pepper
  • – Onion 1 unit
  • – Tomates 1 unid
  • – Vinagre 50 cc
  • – Chopped parsley
  • Garrison:
  • – Potatoes minimize 1×1 cm
  • – Salt, pepper, herbs and butter

A scrumptious recipe that by no means fails to take pleasure in with the household! With candy potatoes, bacon and Creole sauce

PROCEDURE:

1. Sauté the onion and leek. Let cool.
2. Combine the minced meat in a bowl together with the sausage, walnuts, garlic, breadcrumbs, oil, salt and pepper. Reserve.
3. Line a terrine mould with the bacon and place the meat combination midway.
4. Shut with the bacon and canopy with aluminum foil.
5. Place within the oven and prepare dinner for 40 minutes.
6. For the Creole sauce, combine all of the small minimize greens and season nicely.
7. For the candy potatoes, peel and minimize into 1×1 cm and place in a pan with butter and herbs. Spice with salt and pepper. Prepare dinner till golden.
