MATAMBRE IN MILK WITH BAKED VEGETABLES

INGREDIENTS

  • – 1 stamp
  • – 1/2 L of milk
  • – Juice of 1 lemon
  • – 1 clove garlic
  • – Thyme, bay leaf, pepper, mustard seeds, merken and rosemary
  • – Salt and pepper

Recipe for a spectacular matambre with milk, accompanied by baked greens

PROCEDURE:
