INGREDIENTS

  • – Oil for frying.
  • Ketchup:
  • – Tomate perita 1 kg.
  • – Onion 1 unit.
  • – Dried garlic 1/2 tsp.
  • – Oregano 1/2 tsp.
  • – Laurel 1 leaf.
  • – Nutmeg 1 pinch.
  • – Clove 1.
  • – Cinnamon 1 twig.
  • – Candy paprika 1 tbsp.
  • – Wine vinegar 200 cc.
  • – Mustard 2 tbsp.
  • – Sugar 150 g.

PROCEDURE:
