INGREDIENTS
- For the Marquise:
- – 200 g of semi bitter chocolate.
- – 300 g of butter.
- – 6 eggs.
- – 300 g of sugar.
- – 30 g of 0000 flour.
- For the meringue:
- – 300 g of sugar.
- – 4 egg whites.
- – Water 100 cc.
- For meeting:
- – Dulce de leche confectioner.
- – Berries.
CHOCOLATE MARQUISE take pleasure in this beautiful cake following the recipe beneath with meringue, dulce de leche and purple fruits!
PROCEDURE:
1. For the marquise: Soften the chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
2. As soon as chilly, add the eggs and blend and add the sugar and eventually add the flour, combine till all the pieces is mixed.
3. Place in a buttered mould and place in a average oven (180°C) for 25 minutes. Let cool in the identical mould.
