INGREDIENTS
- This recipe makes 12 to fifteen alfajores. To make the cake, double all of the substances.
- 125g butter
- 100g sugar
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1 egg
- 15 g malt extract
- 15 cc de cognac
- 200 g of 0000 flour
- 50 g corn starch
- 15 g bitter cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of nice salt
- For the lavatory
- 200 g darkish chocolate

- 15 g of Further impartial or coconut oil
- 300 g of pastry dulce de leche
Beat the chilly butter in cubes with the sugar and orange zest till white. Add the egg, malt and cognac. In one other bowl, combine and sift the dry substances.
