Marmolada fondant cake

INGREDIENTS

  • Sugar 400 g
  • Flour 0000 270 g
  • Bitter Cacao 30 g
  • Sal ½ cdta
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Bicarbonato de sodio 1 cdta
  • Pure yogurt 160 g
  • Milk 80 g
  • Robust espresso 240 ml
  • Sunflower oil 120 ml
  • Eggs 2 items

  • Combine all of the dry dough components in a bowl.
