MARINED CHICKEN WITH BAKED CABUTIA

INGREDIENTS

  • – Entire hen 1 unit
  • – Lease 1 cajita
  • – Frozen or recent raspberries 100 g
  • – Oliva
  • – Salt and pepper
  • – Oranges 2 items
  • – Butter 100 g
  • – Romero c/n
  • – Garlic 2 cloves
  • – Cabutia 1 unit
  • – Ricotta 200 g
  • – Roasted salted peanuts c/n

Get pleasure from this hen marinated with blueberries and raspberries, accompanied by baked cabutia with ricotta and peanuts

PROCEDURE:

1. First, separate the pores and skin from the hen meat, and add butter and orange slices. Place sprigs of rosemary and crushed garlic contained in the hen.
2. Tie the hen legs in order that they don’t lose their form throughout cooking.
3. However, in a bowl, combine the blueberries and raspberries with a bit lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive.
4. Coat the hen pores and skin with the marinade.
5. Place the marinated hen in a roasting pan with onions and carrots. Olive and salt. Rosemary sprigs too.
6. Bake in a medium to excessive oven for 35/40 min.
7. For the garnish, lower the cabutia into wedges. Organize in a roasting pan, season with salt, pepper and a bit honey or sugar and cook dinner within the oven till tender.
8. Serve the hen on a platter, with the cabutia, and on prime of it put the ricotta, rosemary seeds, salted peanuts, olive and pepper.
