INGREDIENTS
- For two servings.
- For the ribs:
- – 2 double pork ribs with bone (every portion is the width of two ribs).
- – 1 apple.
- – 1 carrot.
- – 1 sliced onion.
- – 100 g of peanuts.
- – 15 g of blue cheese.
- – 2 cloves of garlic.
- – 1 tbsp of butter.
- – 1 glass of white wine.
- – 1 tbsp of honey.
- For the greens:
- – 2 crimson bell peppers.
- – 3 purple onions.
- – 200 g mushrooms
- – 2 tbsp brown sugar
- – Thyme c/n.
- – 2 cloves of garlic.
- – 1 bunch of basil.
- – 2 spoons of balsamic vinegar.
Large PORK RIBS MARINATED WITH VEGETABLES AND MUSHROOMS that you’re severely going to like as a result of it’s a recipe to get pleasure from with distinctive flavors
PROCEDURE:
1. Lower the ribs within the center as if making a pocket and put aside.
2. Sauté the onion with slightly oil.
3. Grate the carrot and apple. Combine them with the onion, peanuts and blue cheese.
4. Stuff and brown on all sides. Add the herbs and end within the oven.
5. As soon as it comes out of the oven, add the wine and honey. Cut back and add the butter to bind the cooking juice.
6. Reserve scorching.
7. For the greens, lower the mushrooms in half and brown them.
8. Then add the julienned bell peppers, the onion and at last the herbs and garlic cloves.
9. As soon as the greens are cooked, add the vinegar and take away from the warmth. End with the thickly chopped basil.
10. Reserve scorching.
11. For the presentation, place the greens on a platter, then the ribs on the facet and canopy the meat slightly with the sauce, get pleasure from it!
