MARINATED CHICKEN WITH YOGURT

INGREDIENTS

  • – 2 cloves of garlic
  • – 3 tbsp. chopped mint leaves
  • – 250 g of pure unsweetened yogurt
  • – 5 tbsp olive oil
  • – 1 cdita of Cayenne pepper
  • – 1 pinch of cumin
  • – 4 breasts lower into 3 fillets every
  • – Juice of 1 lemon
  • – Sal
  • – Pepper, take away the pores and skin and sprouts.

A scrumptious dish of rooster marinated with yogurt, accompanied by yamani rice and arugula

PROCEDURE:

1. Crush the garlic, take away the pores and skin and sprouts.
2. Combine with 2 tablespoons of mint leaves, 200 grams of yogurt, 2 tablespoons of oil, cayenne pepper and cumin.
3. Put the rooster in a glass bowl together with the marinade, cowl with movie and let it marinate for 12 hours within the fridge.
4. Drain the rooster, dry it with absorbent paper and salt it.
5. Grill it on a scorching griddle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil for 7 minutes on all sides.
6. Put together a sauce with the remaining 50 grams of yogurt, the remaining tablespoon of oil, salt, lemon juice, pepper and the remaining tablespoon of mint leaves. Serve the rooster with yamani rice and arugula leaves, and sauce.
