MALFATTI WITH PINK SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

  • – Spinach 500 g.
  • – Ricotta 500 g.
  • – Grated cheese 300 g.
  • – Black pepper.
  • – Sal.
  • – Garlic 2 cloves.
  • – Egg 2 models.
  • – Flour 0000 160 g.
  • Further:
  • – Creamy cheese cubes.
  • Salsa:
  • – Traditional tomato sauce.
  • – Crema.

Get pleasure from some scrumptious malfattis with spinach and cheese, with traditional tomato sauce and cream.

PROCEDURE:

1. Cook dinner the spinach in water and salt, chop and drain. Combine in a bowl with ricotta, grated cheese, eggs, chopped garlic and season. Combine a bit, add the flour and proceed integrating by hand. Make balls and reserve. Boil in water and salt.

2. For the sauce: Make a conventional sauce and when it’s prepared, place the already cooked malfatis and serve with a bit cream and grated cheese.
