MAHUDE WITH SERRA
PROCEDURE:
1. Peel and reduce the potatoes into small squares.
2. We combine them with a splash of oil after which switch them to a tray that we put within the oven till they flip golden brown (my mom fried the potatoes).
3. We don’t salt the potatoes in order that they don’t stick and stay crispy.
4. We reduce the matambre meat in two (relying on the dimensions) and fill it with a combination of minced meat, rice, salt, pepper and baharat to style. We seal the mozat and the stuffed matambres in a pot with oil, salt and pepper.
5. As soon as the mozat and matambres are sealed, we add the potatoes, cowl with scorching water and season with a bit of salt and sufficient baharat to present it style. We cowl with aluminum foil.
6. Prepare dinner for 10 minutes over excessive warmth till it involves a boil, after which let it simmer for at the least 2 hours. We always test that the water doesn’t evaporate. We normally eat it on a mattress of white rice.
