MACERATED PORK TRENCH

INGREDIENTS

  • Recipe for 4 folks:
  • – 2 pork tenderloins
  • – 750 g of strawberries
  • – 1 onion
  • – 80 g of sugar
  • – 80 cc of wine vinegar
  • – A number of drops of scorching sauce
  • – Olive oil
  • – 4 cloves
  • – 1/2 bunch of cinnamon
  • – Black beer
  • – Mustard
  • – Asparagus one bundle
  • – She
  • – Salt and pepper
  • – 1 department of contemporary thyme
  • – Parsley

We clear up the menu for you with this spectacular pork tenderloin marinated in beer, accompanied by asparagus and strawberry chutney.

PROCEDURE:

1. Marinate the clear sirloins in a container with the garlic, mustard, thyme and black beer for 2 hours within the fridge.

Chutney:
1. Warmth oil in a frying pan. Reduce the onion into brunoise and add to the pan. Sauté over low warmth till clear. Add the sugar and blend effectively.
2. Wash the strawberries, take away the stem, minimize into small items and add them to the pan. Add the recent sauce, cinnamon, cloves and vinegar. Prepare dinner over low warmth for 25 to half-hour. Style and proper taste level.
